
Allah states:
“Those whom believe pay attention: Revere Allah and speak a Straight-Word.”
(Noble-Qur’ān: Chpt.33, V.70)
Muhammad (Peace be upon them) stated:
“Always speak Truth, even if it’s bitter (even if it rubs People the Wrong-Way).”
“The Greatest-Jihād/Resistance is speaking the Truth in front of an Oppressive/Tyrannical-Ruler.”

Unpopular-Facts about Truth-Telling
Truth-Telling is always necessary:
It’s a Moral-Mandate to always speak truthfully, because it’s quite literally a Sin to be a Liar.
Truth-Telling requires Principle:
Principle is doing the Right-Thing, even if one doesn’t have to.
Truth-Telling requires Integrity:
Integrity is doing the Right-Thing, even if one doesn’t want to.
Truth-Telling requires Morality:
Morality is doing the Right-Thing, even if it’s against one’s Self.
Truth-Telling sounds Good, unless/until it’s Time to be truthful with ourselves:
Oftentimes, we lie to ourselves more than anyone else in our Lives.
Truth-Telling is an Ultimate-Test:
One of the Greatest-Trials ever is to be a Consistently-Truthful Person. Truth-Telling may cost one their Livelihood, their Freedom, their Possessions, their Families, their Relationships, etc.
Truth-Telling is very challenging/difficult:
Courage is required to be a Truth-Teller. And it’s very fearful to be a Truth-Teller, because it’s so risky. But, Courage isn’t the “Absence-Of-Fear”. Courage is the Willingness&Ability to confront Fear.
Truth-Telling has the Potential to end Friendships and burn Bridges of Allegiance:
You’ll never know who your True-Friends/Enemies are, unless/until you become a Truth-Teller.
Truth-Telling can be dangerous and/or deadly:
It can/will make one a Target for Ridicule, Harassment, Bullying, Violence, etc.
Truth-Telling is a Lone-Endeavor in Life:
Sometimes, one may literally think/feel that they’re 💯%-Alone via their Path of Truth-Telling.
May Allah make/keep anyone reading this a Truth-Teller.
