“Do you believe in “Karma?”
This is a Prompt-Question I was asked,
via the WordPress-Platform.
No…I don’t believe in “Karma”, because it isn’t an Islāmic-Concept. “Karma” is a Theological-Concept exclusively originating from Hinduism and adopted by Budhhism.
As per what “Karma” means as a Concept:
Do Good…Get Good/Do Bad…Get Bad
This doesn’t align with how Allah (Creator/Lord of the Universe) deals with Their Creation.
Also, “Karma” is constantly/consistently proven to be 💯%-False/Dishonest.

Good-Things happen to Bad-People All-The-Time.
Bad-Things happen to Good-People All-The-Time.
I believe in al-Qadr wal-Qadhā’ (Decree as well as Providence). I believe that Allah judges and grants whatever They want to whomever They will. I believe that Allah will judge every Jinn (Fire-Being) and Ins (Human-Being), via Yawm-il-Qiyāmah (the Day-Of-Standing), and either place them within al-Jannah (Paradise) or an-Nār (Hellfire).
I believe in both al-Kawniyyah as well as ash-Shar`iyyah (Universalism as well as Retribution). al-Kawniyyah represents any/all Occurrances which Allah simply tolerates/allows to happen, regardless of whether or not Allah is pleased with it. ash-Shar`iyyah represents any/all Occurrances which Allah exclusively wants/plans to happen.
“Karma” on the Surface may seem like it somewhat aligns with ash-Shar`iyyah. However, “Karma” intersects directly with the Concept “Samsura” which means “Reincarnation”: again…another Non-Islāmic Concept.
“Samsura” is a Concept pertaining to a Human basically “living Multiple Births/Deaths”, until they reach “Nirvana” which means “Enlightenment”. Also, Samsura indicates conceptually that if one were “Good” then they’re “rebirthed” as someone/something “Better” and if they were “Bad” then they’re “rebirthed” as someone/something “Worse”.
So…Yeah: I don’t believe in “Karma”.
