al-Muqaddimah/Prelude
I mean…let’s face it: Sex is important. Sex is the Human-Reason how/why there’s almost 10Billion-People living via Earth. It’s a Natural-Conduit as per the Production&Continuity of Human-Life. Yeah…we get it: Niggas b Fuckin. Sex is a Great-Thing. Sex feels Good. I mean, even the Asl (Etymology/Word-Origin) of the Word/Term “Nikāh” literally means “Jins/Fuckin”.
(Lisān-ul-`Arab: Lexicon of the Arabic-Language, ibn-Manzhūr)
However, for People to have YouTube-Videos, T.V.-Shows, Podcasts, etc. where all they talk about is Sex-Related: not only does it lack al-`Izzah (Respect, Dignity, Nobility, etc.), but equally it’s a Sifah (Manifestation) of al-Jahālah (Immaturity, Foolishness, Stupidity, etc.). Since the Dawn of the Information-Age, it seems like all People want to have Discourse about is the “Who’s Fuckin Who” Hadīth/Athar (Narrative). It’s something which indicates Lack-Of-Depth, Lack-Of-Substance, etc.
Now, obviously, they’re Asbāb (Reasons) how/why Humans are so Sex-Obsessed. We’re going to dive into some of such Asbāb. It’s of High-Priority, I think, to not merely speak of an Issue without delving into its Usūl (Origins).
The Usūl/Origins of Sexual-Obsession
az-Zinā/THOTery
From the Arabic-Verb “Zayyana”, meaning “To beautify”.
The Islāmic-Definition of “Zinā” is to present something truly Ugly as something “Beautiful”.
(Lisān-ul-`Arab)

Some-Amthāl/Examples of az-Zinā
Algorithmic Sex-Advertisments
There’s nowhere via Online one can go damn near, without encountering Some-Type/Kind of Sex-Commercials. I’ve literally noticed via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. that there’s been an Onslaught of Sex-Advertisements. These-Advertisements come in the Forms of “Sexual-Enhancement” Adds.
Social-Media Pages becoming Sexualized
There’s literally been Countless Social-Media Pages I’ve personally unfollowed, unsubscribed, blocked, etc. literally because their Pages began adding Sexual-Imagery as well as Sexual-Adds to their Pages.
Porn-Culture
Pornography has infiltrated damn near every Dimension of Human-Society. It seems like Porn is everywhere. Even if/when one isn’t trying, there’s Online-Advertisements for it almost everywhere. Even in terms of how People Hashtag:
#WordPorn
#FoodPorn
#TravelPorn
etc.
Now, any Normal/Rational-Person will question themselves: “What da Fuck does Writing, Food, Traveling, etc. have to do with Pornography?!!!”
#GoodQuestion…
…#Answer:
It’s all exclusively about al-Waswās (Indoctrination). Sexuality, historically, has always been used as a Spiritual/Psycho-Emotional Tool to establish: Influence, Dominance, Control, etc. over Others.
The Popular-Idiom “Sex Sells”: sadly this is a Statement which has become a Volatile-Reality, via the Modern-World. And, I refuse to simply blame/fault: “Feminism”, “Sexual-Liberalism”, “Democracy”, “Capitalism”, etc. as these’re simply Symptoms rather than Diseases themselves. Yet, I will blame/fault: Egotism, Apathy, Arrogance, Shamelessness, etc.: these’re the Diseases which yield the Symptoms that I’ve aforementioned.
The Necessity to break the Sexualization-Cycle

Sexualization is a Mu`āqirah/Addiction. And, with this being the Case: it must be treated with the Same-Seriousness/Urgency as any other Addiction.
#UnpopularFact
Addiction is literally amongst the Reasons how/why Human-Nature/Behavior is so nuanced in the 1st-Place…as Allah states:
Acts-Of-Good don’t automatically make an Individual a “Good-Person”. There’s Bad-People whom do Good-Things all the Time. Acts-Of-Evil don’t automatically make an Individual an “Evil-Person”. There’s Good-People whom do Evil-Things all the Time. Humans are a lot more nuanced than Most-Persons are willing to recognize/accept, especially if/when we judge them.
“And Humanity was created weak.”
(Noble-Qur’ān: Chpt.4, V.28)
Why understanding Addiction matters
We must, each&all of us, do Better-Jobs of not allowing the Waswās (Deception) of ash-Shaytān (Satan) preoccupy our Time with over-saturation of Sexual-Thoughts/Feelings.
(Noble-Qur’ān: Chpt.114))
May Allah aid/protect us from Sexualization.
