The Muslim must respect/observe the Sanctity of a Fellow-Muslim’s:

a. Life (Wellbeing/Safety)

b. Property (Intellectual, Monetary, Tangible, etc.)

c. Dignity (Respect, Humanity, etc.)

Moreover, specifically pertaining to the 1st-Right…Muhammad (Peace be upon them) stated that there’s only 3-Justifications to harm a Fellow-Muslim:

a. A Sexual-Offense which requires the Death-Penalty.

b. Murder.

c. Betrayal against the Muslims, which is an Act-Of-Riddah/Apostasy.

All of These-Reasons require 3-Things in order to be properly manifested:

a. Confession.

b. Eyewitness-Testimony.

c. Islāmic-Judiciary.

Ironically, at least 98% of Muslims who’ve ever been killed historically via Fellow-Muslims (relative to the Revelation of The Qur’ān) have never been killed because of any of the 3 Justifiable-Reasons aforementioned…that’s a Serious-Problem.

Some of the Major-Reasons how/why al-Qattāl/Carnage exists amongst the Muslims against Fellow-Muslims is because of the Following-Factors:

a. Qābil/Cain, the 1st-Born of Ādam/Adam: the Patriarch-Of-Humanity (Peace be upon them)…Qābil began the Sunnah/Tradition of & set the Trend for al-Qatl/Killing: keep in Mind that Qābil was a Muslim & killed a Fellow-Muslim, their Brother Hābil/Abel.

b. Allah states Word4Word the Malicious-Nature of al-Qatl.

c. Muhammad (Peace be upon them) fortold that al-Qatl will be widespread amongst their Ummah/Nation. This-Prophecy ironically began to be fulfilled within less than a Decade after their Death.

d. al-Khārajiyyah/Religio-Extremism, via al-Hizbiyyah/Religio-Sectarianism. Muslims historically & contemporaneously use Ahzāb/Religio-Sectarian Groups to attempt Islāmizing Mafia/Gang-Culture. And, this has been a Reality amongst Muslims for the Past 14-Centuries, C.E.

Sadly, there’s Muslims whom actually profit from Muslim-On-Muslim Oppression, because it keeps them: popular, relevant, influential, powerful, wealthy, etc. So, based upon Those-Facts: those whom want the Best for the Muslims…we’ve simply got to do better. We must cease indulging in a Religio-Cultural Narrative which deems it tolerable/acceptable to treat any Fellow-Muslim as an “Opp”, simply because they don’t rep the same Religio-Sectarian Gang which we do. We must cease to look at any Fellow-Muslim as an “Opp”, because either they’re from a different Masjid/Mosque than we are, or because we’re repping different Street-Gangs/Teams, or because we don’t rep the same `Aqīdah/Religio-Theological School, or because we don’t rep the same Madhab/Religio-Legal School, or because we don’t rep the same Minhāj/Religio-Ideology.

Worse yet, not only do we oppress each other as Fellow-Muslims: we enjoy it, we embolden one another to oppress, we assist one another to oppress. And, by default, this is the Polar-Opposite of what al-Islām teaches. al-Islām teaches to always establish al-Qist/Justice, regardless of whom it’s towards or against. Allah directly commands us to push each other towards Positivity & prevent each other from committing ourselves to Negativity. Muhammad deliberately commanded us to help the Oppressor via preventing/stopping them from committing Oppression. Allah states that They’ve even made Oppression forbbiden upon Themselves. So, who’re we as Created-Things/Beings to be tyrannical?!!!

The Mindset/Mentality of the Muslims must absolutely change, improve, etc. That’s where the True-Shift must begin, via the Minds&Hearts of the People. These-Things which’ve been articulated won’t stop, so long as we continue to see any Fellow-Muslim as an Adversary as opposed to an Ally. As Allah states: “Verily, Allah doesn’t change what’s within any People unless/until they change what’s within themselves.”. Each & every Muslims is Islāmically-Mandated to protect any Fellow-Muslim. There’s 0 Islāmic-Justification as per how/why Muslims don’t feel Safety via the Presence of Fellow-Muslims…as Muhammad stated: “The Muslim (Ascriber to al-Islām/Submission) protects Others from the Negativity of their Tongue&Hand. And the Mu’min (Ascriber to al-Īmān/Faith) secures the Lives&Possessions of Others.”. So, if we’re not living-up to that Prophetic-Definition of whom a Muslim is/is supposed to be: what does that actually say about us?!!! We must then question whether or not we ourselves introspectively are even Muslims at all, or are we living our Best-Lies via an-Nifāq/Hypocrisy (pfetending to be a Muslim without any True-Faith in al-Islām).

al-Khārijiyyah isn’t a Hizb/Sectarian-Group. Rather, it’s actually a Mindset/Mentality. (Literally) any Muslim, realistically can be a Khārijī:

There’s Muslim Non-Sectarians whom’re Khārijīs.

There’s Salafī-Khārijīs.

There’s Shī`ī-Khārijīs.

There’s Sūfī-Khārijīs.

There’s Tablīghī-Khārijīs

There’s Atharī-Khārijīs.

There’s Ash`arī-Khārijīs

There’s Māturīdī-Khārijīs.

There’s Ja`farī-Khārijīs.

There’s Zaydī-Khārijīs.

There’s Hanafī-Khārijīs.

There’s Mālikī-Khārijīs.

There’s Shāfi`ī-Khārijīs.

There’s Hanbalī-Khārijīs.

There’s Ibādhī-Khārijīs.

There’s Zhāhirī-Khārijīs.
